Evaluation

A mixed-methods evaluation process is integrated within the QuanTS Program to examine the program's facilitators, barriers, and outcomes.

The goal of this evaluation is to improve the QuanTS Program and inform the development of future team science evaluations.

The four evaluation foci (above) are designed to answer five driving questions (below).

How can the training materials and pedagogy, during the development phase, be designed to maximize engagement and impact?

How have learners experienced the QuanTS Program, and how could the activities be adjusted to increase engagement and further relevance to the roles of quantitative team scientists?

To what degree have learners (quantitative team scientists) improved in key outcomes, and what aspects of the program have most directly enabled or promoted change?

How can the QuanTS Program be modified or adjusted to inform the successful scaling of this effort?

In what ways can the design of this evaluation inform future evaluation and research on effective collaboration with quantitative team scientists?

QuanTS evaluation efforts are ongoing. Stay tuned for updates!
