Mentorship Program
Applications for the QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program will open in Summer 2026. More information will be posted here at that time.
The QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program is a six-month, virtual, small-group experience designed to provide personalized mentorship and deeper engagement with the QuanTS Training Modules.
Participants take part in interactive virtual workshops led by experienced quantitative team scientists (program mentors), where they receive real-time guidance, personalized feedback, and opportunities for discussion and reflection in a collaborative learning environment.
The program combines the flexibility of asynchronous, self-paced QuanTS Training Modules with the accountability, mentorship, and peer learning of a synchronous small-group experience.

Who can participate in the QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program?
The program is designed for early-career quantitative scientists who currently work on collaborative biomedical research teams. Enrollment is restricted to U.S. citizens and permanent residents. Anyone who fits this description is welcome to apply.

When does the QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program run?
Applications for our first cohort will open in Summer 2026. The first program will run January - June 2027.
What is the difference between the QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program and the QuanTS Training Modules?
Anyone can access and complete the QuanTS Training Modules online at their own pace (asynchronous). The QuanTS Guided Mentorship Program is an application-only program that runs for six months, where participants meet synchronously in virtual workshops. This program uses the QuanTS Training Modules and also adds additional mentorship and experiential learning.
